ET2611 Adaptive Tandem
Overview
The ET2611 is built for shared rides. The rear rider propels, steers and brakes, while the front rider, from about age 7 with an 18" to 30" inseam, rides in a fully supported seat right where the view is best. Combined capacity is 400 lbs.
REC Drive lets the rear rider choose how the front pedals behave: easy, average or neutral. Prefer a passenger seat? The Front Passenger Setup swaps the pedals for foot platforms at the same price. A Nexus 8-speed hub, 26" street tires and a mirror come standard, with electric assist available for longer days out.
The front seat adjusts up, down, fore and aft, and it takes Freedom's High-Back, laterals, harnesses and head support. Tell us about both riders and we will set the bike up for the two of you.

Every build includes
- Built to the rider. Every build starts from the rider's measurements: inseam, weight, age and how they move. We build the frame and supports to those numbers, not to a stock size.
- Grows with the rider. Quick-release adjusters and telescopic posts let the seat, handlebars and supports move as the rider grows, without tools and without a new frame.
- Therapist-friendly evaluation. Our evaluation forms follow the way therapists assess a rider: trunk and head control, pedalling ability, transfers. Your therapist or dealer can fill one in with you.

Frequently asked questions
How do I measure inseam?
Have the rider stand in the shoes they ride in, back against a wall. Place a book spine-up between the legs, snug to the crotch, and measure from the top of the book to the floor. If the rider cannot stand, measure seated with the knee at a right angle and tell us you did.
Can the bike grow with the rider?
Yes, within its frame. Choose the frame where today's inseam sits in the lower half of its range; quick-release adjusters and telescopic posts take up the rest.
Why do I not see a price?
Prices show after a dealer signs in. Families and therapists request a quote: tell us about the rider and we send a quote for the exact build, or pass it to your local dealer.
How can we pay for it?
Insurance and government funding, local charities, financing, crowdfunding and our Dream Bike Program. The Funding page explains each route.
How long does a custom build take?
Every product is built to order in Winnipeg. Your quote states the build and delivery time for the options you choose; custom colors and seating can add time.
Can I return a product?
Within 30 days, unused and in original condition, with a return authorization number. A 25% restocking fee and freight both ways apply, and custom builds are final sale. See Warranty & returns.
