Every Freedom Concepts product is built to last. Register your product with its serial number so we can help you quickly if anything goes wrong.
Adaptive bikes
1 year on parts and accessories from the ship date, plus a 10-year pro-rated frame warranty for the original owner. The frame warranty excludes multi-user facilities and discontinued models.
Chill-Out Chair
1 year with Essential Foam, 3 years with TEC Foam. An extended foam warranty can be added at purchase.
Accessories
1 year from the ship date.
Returns
Unused products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days with a return authorization (RA) number from us. Returns carry a 25% restocking fee plus freight both ways.
- Boxed products (DCP, Chill-Out Chair, EHDU): $250 freight
- Palleted products (ASR, AS2000, EHDO): $375 freight
- Crated tandem (ET2611): $700 freight
Custom builds, demo units, overseas orders, discontinued products and parts are final sale.
